Signal Averaged ECG
Signal averaged ECG is a noninvasive ECG that is processed to be able to identify low amplitude signals at the end of the ventricular complex. Findings of late potentials are representative of delayed ventricular activation.
Signal averaged ECG is a noninvasive ECG that is processed to be able to identify low amplitude signals at the end of the ventricular complex. Findings of late potentials are representative of delayed ventricular activation. Findings of delayed activation can reflect the presence of scar within the ventricular muscle that may place them at risk for ventricular arrhythmias.
